I like its well done design which make it a heavy duty and very solid.
What also I like, it was designed to keep pastry dough cold all the time.
Above all that the included cast aluminum handles made it so easy to handle.
And for sure I don't have to worry about its cleaning at the end off the day, simply because its very safe with dishware.
So, for those who are looking for a toll that it will make their work easier and faster, I think this could be a great one.
I will defiantly get one for my grandma in her birthday.
